Step You SA is a Swiss holding company based in Paradiso, in Canton Ticino. It structures projects, digitalises the processes of the companies it holds and finances their delivery. The operational work sits elsewhere, and that separation is deliberate.
What we are, and what we are not
An advisory and services holding company. We do not install plants, we do not run energy communities, we do not manufacture devices: those are the operating companies' trades. We design the model, hold the expertise together and build the processes that make a project legible to whoever has to finance it.
Why Switzerland
Paradiso, Canton Ticino: an hour from Milan, inside a regulatory framework that treats project finance as a serious matter. The Swiss base is not a tax detail, it is the condition for structuring transactions and capital under predictable rules, and for dealing with counterparties that operate across several jurisdictions.
How the work is handed over
The project comes in here and is checked: if it does not stand up, it stops before anyone has spent. If it does stand up, we decide which companies step in and in what order. Whoever structured it stays on to coordinate until the project runs on its own.
